TOM-CAT™ Foot Orthotic Scanner
SOLO Labs, a world-class provider of custom orthotics for podiatric practices, announces that it has become a major distributor of the new TOM-CAT foot orthotic scanner. The TOM-CAT offers podiatrists the ability to make accurate and fast 3-D images of a patient's foot in about 10 seconds. It eliminates messy plaster or foam boxes and has the added advantage of allowing patient measurements to be sent via the Internet to orthotic manufacturing labs such as SOLO for faster service.
Software upgrades may be done remotely, and a hardware upgrade/trade-in program is always available. A professional help desk is just a phone call or e-mail away. The laptop computer provides a closed system that can stand-alone or work with the podiatrist's office network through either a wired or wireless connection.
