Happy senior couple taking a walk through the wilderness together

Looking for Orthotics or Braces?

Welcome to the SOLO family. We want you to get the maximum benefit from your custom orthotics or brace. We will answer your questions and give you a step in the right direction.

In general, your prescriber (most often a podiatrist, physical therapist or chiropractor) is often the best resource to address any questions or issues with your orthotics.

We are here to help you get answers. Just ask us.

I would like a new pair of SOLO orthotics but my doctor retired or moved?

We can help you. Simply complete this form and we’ll help you find a doctor in your area who will work with you (and your orthotics).

I own a pair of SOLO orthotics. Can I order a second pair through SOLO?

Currently, we only take orders for second pairs through your prescriber. If you don’t currently have a podiatrist, we’ll be happy to help you locate one in your area. Complete this form and we’ll be happy to provide you with the names of doctors in your area

Did you know that orthotics are an eligible expense for your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)?

I think my SOLO orthotics need to be adjusted. What should I do?

We follow the prescription written by your provider, when we custom manufacture your orthotic. If you believe your orthotics need to be adjusted, we recommend contacting prescriber (your podiatrist, physical therapist, or chiropractor) with your questions about the fit of your orthotics. SOLO provides a free 90-day adjustment period for our Premier orthotics. Your prescriber can call us and we’ll be happy to work with her to get you the best fit possible.

Repair and Refurbish

Can my SOLO orthotics be repaired?

In most cases, yes. We recommend you return your orthotics to your original prescriber so he can evaluate them and determine what repairs are necessary. SOLO repairs both SOLO orthotics and orthotics from other manufacturers.

Can my SOLO orthotics be refurbished?

Aren’t you glad you held onto your orthotics? Yes, we can refurbish them. We’ll add a new top cover, some padding and make a few other improvements to make them as good as new for you. Refurbishing orthotics is a more cost effective alternative to replacing them.

You can take your orthotics to your original prescriber or any podiatrist can return them to SOLO.

Will you repair or refurbish orthotics from another manufacturer?

Yes, we refurbish orthotic from any manufacturer.
