I own a pair of SOLO orthotics. Can I order a second pair through SOLO?

Currently, we only take orders for second pairs through your prescriber. If you don’t currently have a podiatrist, we’ll be happy to help you locate one in your area. Complete this form and we’ll be happy to provide you with the names of doctors in your area.

I think my SOLO orthotics need to be adjusted. What should I do?

We follow the prescription written by your provider, when we custom manufacture your orthotic. If you believe your orthotics need to be adjusted, we recommend contacting prescriber (your podiatrist, physical therapist, or chiropractor) with your questions about the fit of your orthotics. SOLO provides a free 90-day adjustment period for our Premier orthotics. Your prescriber can call us and we’ll be happy to work with her to get you the best fit possible.
